SALES SUMMARY
This is a report you run at the end of each day that shows you company wide by salesman what each salesman has on order ( sales, profit ) and billed ( sales, profit ). Totals for company.
DAILY REPORT
This is a report that is run at the end of each day for the company.
Information provided: Backlog, MTD sales, MTD profit, accounts receivable balance, accounts payable balance, MTD cash received, MTD profit, MTD cash paid, current bank balance, inventory value, commission liable. This is a snapshot of your companies finances.
PROFIT REPORT
This report is run monthly. Printed by salesman. It prints customer, gross cost, gross sale, tax, freight, and profit. Totals by salesman and company.
VOLUME ANALYSIS
This report is run monthly. This report ranks the customers by salesman from the most profitable to the least profitable. After all salesmen have printed then the same report is printed company wide ranking the most profitable customer company wide to the least profitable company wide.
SALES BY SALESMAN
This report is run monthly. Sorted by salesman, invoice number. This report prints salesman, invoice number, customer, commission rate, invoice date, gross sale, total cost, profit, and commission amount.
QUARTERLY SALES REPORT
This report is run monthly. Sorted by salesman, product type. This report prints product type and the last 4 quarters gross sales and profit by product type for inventory items and non-stocked items.
COMMISSION REPORT(S)
Commissions can be paid on invoices or on paid invoices only. Commission rates can be a flat rate per salesman or a variable rate by product type. Commission rates can also be changed on the fly with the proper security.
Several other reports are also available. All reports can be run on demand. All sales reports are for current month and/or year to date. Previous months reports are available upon request.
