Sales Support
The following reports and/or queries are used to assist in sales support and calls. Take for instance you have a customer on the phone and they want to re-order invoices. If you have a workstation on your desk you can use the "ORDER HISTORY INQUIRY", key in the customer name and the keyword "invoice" and the information is in front of you. If you don't have a workstation you can use the "CUSTOMER PRODUCT PROFILE" report. Just flip to that customer and all of the information you need is listed. The "CUSTOMER PRODUCT PROFILE" is an excellent tool to have when you are on the road making sales calls. YOU WILL NO LONGER NEED TO GO TO THE CUSTOMER FILE. NO LONGER WILL YOU NEED TO HOLLER AT AN ASSISTANT TO PLEASE PULL THE FILE ON ABC COMPANY.
ORDER HISTORY INQUIRY
Display on the workstation or print a hard copy. You can inquire on all items or just one item. Information is displayed from the most recent order to the oldest order. No need to pull files anymore. Information displayed; date, invoice #, job #, vendor, quantity, cost, price, mfg job #, customer p/o #, item number, and description.
CUSTOMER PRODUCT PROFILE
This report is used for making sales calls on customers. This report lists the most recent purchase of all products a customer is buying from you. Sorted by salesman, customer, and product type. Information listed; customer, contact, address, phone number, product type, description, last order date, last order quantity, unit, qty per ctn, cost (optional), and sell price. This is everything you need to make a sales call by phone or in person. A key part of this report is what is not listed! The products they are not buying from you!
HISTORY ANALYSIS
Displayed on the workstation or printed report. You can enter up to three years that you want to compare. Compare year to year and month to month sales or profit. The Information displayed is the 3 years you requested by month compared by year. This information is great for comparing how you are doing with a customer sales or profit wise.
RE-ORDER REPORTS
Tickler reports that notify you when products are coming up for re-order. Also has the ability of combining orders of like products and sizes.
SEVERAL OTHER REPORTS AND DISPLAYS ARE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND.
